We provide residential and short-term rental cleaning services in the Greenville, SC area, subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• Appointments may be requested online, by phone, or in person.
• Pricing depends on property size, condition, service level, and frequency.
• Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Major credit cards are accepted via secure third-party processors.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• We may reschedule or cancel due to illness, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Service Limitations

• We do not move heavy furniture, handle hazardous materials, or perform repairs/maintenance.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or defects, including but not limited to loose fixtures or unstable furnishings.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to re-clean affected areas or otherwise resolve the issue promptly.

7. Refund Policy

• If we cancel or cannot complete a scheduled cleaning due to our error, you will receive a full refund or service credit.
• If dissatisfaction is reported within 24 hours, we may offer a free re-clean or a partial refund, at our discretion.
• Refunds are not issued for issues reported beyond 48 hours after service completion or for conditions outside our stated scope.

8. Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. Permanent stains, discoloration, damage, or issues requiring restoration, repair, or specialized equipment may not be fully resolved by standard cleaning. We are not liable for damage to fragile or improperly maintained items or to items not disclosed as high-risk prior to service.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careful Cleaners Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by Careful Cleaners Co. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct

• Do not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content.
